Dental charges

At Farm Street Dental Practice, we offer a range of NHS dental treatments at standardised costs set by the NHS. The charges are divided into three bands.

You're entitled to free NHS dental treatment if you satisfy any of the following criteria’s:

  1. under 19 and in full-time education
  2. pregnant or have had a baby in the last 12 months and a valid maternity exemption certificate
  3. receiving Income Support, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance, Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit with Savings Credit, Universal Credit (depending on your earnings)
  4. Named on a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate or a valid HC2 certificate

You'll be asked to show your dentist written proof that you do not have to pay for all or part of your NHS treatment.

We appreciate that some people prefer the convenience of treatment options of private care. All our dentists provide a full range of private treatments and you can mix NHS and private treatments at any time.

Our private care ensures you are seen by your chosen dentist at a time convenient to you. The longer appointment times allows you to really build a strong rapport with your dentist. We have a transparent pricing policy so you are aware of price for each aspect of your treatment and can make an informed choice of your dental care.
